What your final quote must state
Ask for the cancellation cutoff and time zone, refundable and non-refundable components, no-show and date-change conditions, the refund process and expected processing time. The terms for your selected booking must be shared before payment.
Request a change or cancellation
Contact GoaDeals using your enquiry or booking reference, guest name and travel dates. We record your request and check the applicable supplier terms. An enquiry or video appointment can be withdrawn by contacting the team.
Weather and operator cancellations
For weather-affected or operator-cancelled services, the selected offer’s written terms determine rescheduling or refund arrangements. Ask for these conditions before booking scuba, water sports, kayaking, cruises or Dudhsagar.
