Details collected

Enquiry forms collect your name, contact number, optional email, travel preferences, dates, party counts, children’s ages where needed and your requests. Avoid adding identity documents, payment-card details or other sensitive information to free-text fields.

Why we use them

GoaDeals uses your details to respond, prepare quotes, coordinate property video visits and organise requested services. Relevant trip information may be shared with the selected property or operator when needed for your request. Contact consent is for handling your enquiry; these forms do not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Saved requests and access

Custom package requests and submitted chatbot enquiries are stored in the GoaDeals CRM as new enquiries, including your chosen stay, experiences and video-visit preference. Other requests are stored in the site’s database. Access is restricted to authorised staff. An enquiry reference helps the team locate your request. Public visitors cannot browse customer enquiries.

Chat assistant

The guided chat uses your selections to prepare an enquiry. Names, contact details and chat selections stay in page memory until you submit; they are not stored as a browser draft. Submitting with contact consent sends the enquiry to the GoaDeals CRM. No chat draft is written to device storage. WhatsApp opens separately when you choose it. No AI model service is used by this guided assistant.

Device drafts

The package builder saves selection-only drafts on your device for up to 7 days. Names, phone numbers, email and special notes are excluded from that draft. Start again removes the saved selection. Other users of the same browser may see your saved choices.

Website measurement

The site records limited first-party events such as product views, builder steps, saved enquiries and PDF downloads. Event records contain the event, page path, optional product ID and time, not your form contact details. Short-lived request counters help prevent spam.

Instagram videos

Selected public GoaDeals Instagram posts may be embedded. Instagram content loads only when you choose Load Instagram video. At that point, your browser connects to Meta/Instagram, which may receive device and network information and use its own cookies. The original post links also open Instagram. No Instagram password is collected by this website.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp opens a draft for you to review and send. A saved enquiry reaches GoaDeals independently of that draft. Instagram, map and WhatsApp links open external services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Request records are kept as needed to handle travel enquiries, bookings and related business records. You may ask for access, correction, withdrawal of an enquiry or deletion of information no longer required by contacting info@goadeals.in. Some booking or payment records may need to be retained for applicable business obligations.
