Know what your request means before you confirm.
Enquiry, estimate and booking
Submitting a form or downloading a PDF creates an enquiry. It does not reserve a room, vehicle or activity. Estimates use approved available prices; missing rates, schedules and supplier details remain pending.
Your approved written quote
Before payment, request the exact property and room category, dates, total guests, bedding, meal count, transport route/vehicle, activity inclusions and all mandatory taxes or charges. The final quote states its validity, cancellation terms and balance due date.
Advance and payment
The booking advance is 25% of the final approved quote. Pay only after GoaDeals confirms availability, the quote and official payment beneficiary. Request a receipt and written booking confirmation. This website does not collect card details or execute payments.
Guests and property conditions
Include all adults and children and provide children’s ages. Capacity is a maximum, not a promise of extra beds. Check the sleeping arrangement, deposit, visitor/noise/pool rules, check-in/out and any property-specific eligibility conditions before confirming.
Transport and travel-day planning
GOX is Mopa Airport; GOI is Dabolim Airport. Confirm your airport or station, flight/train details, hotel collection time, luggage and any child-seat request. Private sightseeing guides use up to 8 hours / 80 km; any excess, toll, parking or night charges must be stated in the approved quote.
Experiences and changes
Exact operators, locations, schedules, pickup zones and participation conditions are confirmed for the chosen offer. Weather or operational restrictions can affect activities. Changes require availability and revised written terms.
Video property visits
Your preferred time is a request in IST. The team confirms property access and an appointment separately. Ask us to show the actual room category, bathroom and bedding.
